Nuit Blanche: Fripe Trip '67

  • Atelier de production de l'Atelier Circulaire 5445 Avenue de Gaspé Montréal, QC, H2T Canada (map)

March 4th, 2017, 9 pm to 2 am
Atelier Circulaire Production Studio (suite 517)

As part of Nuit Blanche based on the theme of the year 1967, Atelier Circulaire offers to participate in a screen printing workshop by making an incursion into the psychedelic op-art atmosphere of the time. By customizing a fabric of your choice (t-shirt, canvas bag or apron, etc.), you will have the opportunity to discover this printing technique in a sixties atmosphere with Dj Roxymoron (a Rockette Bar resident), a colorful staff and a photo station that will allow you to express all your originality!

Bring your own t-shirt, canvas bag, apron or other fabrics and print your own combination of op-art and psychedelic designs (created by Atelier Circulaire artists). Textile markers will also be at your disposal to further personalize this unique work. T-shirts and canvas bags will be offered at a low price.

Each year this lively event attracts more than 350 participants and offers everyone the chance to experiment for free with a printing technique in the studio’s festive and friendly atmosphere. La Nuit Blanche in Montreal offers to city dwellers and tourists over 200 activities, most of them free and connected by a free shuttle service. Whether on stage or on canvas, in the open air or in full light, in music or in tales, installations, exhibitions or dances, the city comes alive for a night to experience a circuit of pleasures and discoveries all the most original and festive.
